Residential Care
Residential care at Ty Melin supports older adults who may be finding daily life at home more difficult. Our team can help with personal care, dressing, mobility and medication, with care planned around each resident’s needs, preferences and routines.
Residential Dementia Care
For people living with dementia, our residential support is calm, respectful and centred on the individual. Staff take time to understand each person’s routines, preferences and life history, while helping residents feel safe, settled and treated with dignity. Suitability is subject to individual assessment.
Respite Care
Respite care offers a temporary stay for a short break, recovery period or extra support while a family carer rests or travels. Before a stay begins, the team learns about the person’s care needs, likes, dislikes and routines so they can feel as comfortable as possible. Stays are subject to assessment and current availability.
