The staff at this home are absolutely incredible. They are kind, patient and really deliver each and every day for the residents they care for. They produce homely cooking which the residents enjoy, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

- Jayne C (Daughter of Resident)

The staff in this care home are amazing, they go above and beyond to make the service users feel at home, they are caring and considerate and very understanding, I can’t thank them enough for the lovely way they look after my dad, thank you all so much.

- Mandy B (Daughter of Resident)

My father who suffered from advanced dementia was a resident for 5 months and the care and support Dad received during the Covid pandemic was outstanding. Dad was always treated with respect and dignity by all of the care staff. I cannot recommend Ty Melin highly enough.
